This can be done for your home, office, business, or private retreat.
A review of your floor plan and preliminary discussion of recommendations can be done online via video conferencing and photographs.
An on-site visit will be required to inspect and verify the correct implementation of the recommended design changes, to identify various forms of geopathic stress and electro- magnetic danger zones, and for spiritual purification of the land energies through Tao Geomancy.
Short consultations may be billed on an hourly rate basis. A comprehensive consultation which may include multiple on-site visits will be billed on a flat fee basis, based upon the square footage of the property. Any travel charges may apply, if outside the San Francisco Bay Area.
I can collaborate with your interior designer, architect or general contractor to incorporate Feng Shui principles in the design, with the choice of construction materials, and with the construction process.
The initial feng shui consultation will include:
- Analysis of the landscape of the external and internal environment according to the Five Elements.
- Minor geomancy work may be included in the intial assessment.
- Recommendations for the most auspicious placement for seating and furnishings, based upon the Lo Shu “Flying Star” System, which is used for annual Feng Shui adjustments.
- Preliminary assessment of need for Tao Geomancy services to clear and harmonize geopathic stress. Minor work might be included in the intial assessment.
- Exorcism of negative entities, ghosts, and various wandering spirits. There may be an additional charge for this service, depending upon the severity of the problem.

For sole proprietors, small businesses, corporate headquarters, manufacturing sites, factories, hotels, casinos, holiday resorts, health and beauty spas, fitness studios, yoga centers, shared conference rooms, call centers, restaurants, shopping malls, small retail shops, hair and nail salons, design centers, accounting, marketing, administrative departments, high tech start-ups, incubators, and meeting rooms for personal collaboration and networking.
I also offer consulting support for the design of your company logo, letterhead and stationery, and advertising and marketing materials according to Feng Shui principles.
